WIPAHS COMMEMORATES WAFAT OF LADY SAKINA (S.A)

WIPAHS – Women Section, commemorated Wafat of Lady Sakina (s.a), the beloved daughter of Imam Hussein (a.s).

In her heartfelt speech, Ukht. Nyembezi recounted the painful suffering of Lady Sakina (s.a), including the brutal snatching of her earrings and the tearing of her hijab by Yazid’s soldiers.

She emphasized that Lady Sakina’s story teaches society that children can stand up for justice in the face of oppression, if raised with strong moral foundations. Bibi Sakina supported and stood by the Imam of her time

She also urged believers to critically examine historical narratives to uncover truths hidden by the enemies of Islam.

The event left a deep spiritual impact and reinforced the commitment to uphold justice, compassion, and moral integrity in the community.
