CELEBRATING THE WILADA OF LADY ZAHRA (A.S), DAUGHTER OF THE PROPHET (S.A.W.W)

At the end of the week, on Sunday, 7th December 2025, corresponding to 16 Jumada al-Akhirah, 1447A.H, the Women’s Unit of WIPAHS organized a special celebration to commemorate the birth of Lady Zahra (a.s), beloved daughter of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.W). The event took place at the Unity Hall, Chang’ombe Temeke, attended by believers and various religious and community stakeholders.
The celebration was adorned with spiritually and socially educational lectures, aiming to reflect the life of Lady Zahra (a.s) in everyday aspects. The main topics presented were:
Emotional Intelligence – delivered by Aunt Sadaka, emphasizing the importance of wisdom and emotional control in building a cohesive family and community.
The Importance of Veil ‘Hijab’ – delivered by Ukht Hidaya, explaining the honorable position and ethics of dressing in protecting the dignity of women and society at large.
Reflecting the Life of Sayyidah Fatimah (a.s) in Our Lives – delivered by Ukht Sayyidah Zena, encouraging emulation of humility, kindness, and wisdom of Lady Zahra (a.s) as a model for a better life.
The event concluded with prayers and gratitude, serving as a valuable reminder of Lady Zahra’s (a.s) contribution to Islamic history and guidance for believers’ lives.
